In GnuCash, a Customer Report provides an overview of your dealings with a specific customer, showing their total balance, how much they owe (aged by 0-30, 31-60, etc., days), and linking to individual customer details or invoices, helping analyze profitability by comparing customer income and expenses. It’s part of GnuCash’s business reports for managing accounts receivable and understanding customer financial activity, though some users find it needs tweaks to show unpaid invoices specifically.
