  • I specialize in monthly bookkeeping for online entrepreneurs

  • I work remotely. 

  • I only work with business based in the United States and are physically located in the United States .

  • I only work with clients that have separate business  accounts, that you do not use for personal transactions at all.
    I specialize in bookkeeping, not taxes, therefore I don’t file federal or state tax returns. I will record your federal and state estimated tax payments, but I do not pay the taxes or the file the returns. Likewise, although I will record sales tax received, or sales tax paid, I do not file sales tax returns. Sending 1099 tax forms to independent contractors is also your responsibility.

  • I record your bookkeeping transactions and produce your financial reports. I don’t pay bills, or set-up automatic bill pay systems.

  • I do not offer payroll services.

  • I work with sole-proprietorships.

  • I work with business on the cash basis of accounting. 

  • I don’t incorporate inventory on hand into monthly bookkeeping!

  • There is a new client one time set- up fee of $99.
